Detailed Definition and Description of Key Requirements |
Job by Email/Jobs Email Alerts - Automatically sends job notifications when jobseekers desired job is posted. The jobseeker can subscribe/unsubscribe and add/delete categories of job alerts they wish to receive. In addition, the system will e mail jobseekers of the expiration of their subscriptions.
Email notifications - Automatically sends email notification when 1) new user registers - the new user and admin receives notification 2) when a new job is posted by an Employer - the employer and the admin receives notification 3) A password is required - a password reminder is sent to the jobseeker or employer using "forgot password module" and reminder ticker customized by the jobseeker and employer and 4) an option for admin to receive notification when Send-Link to Friend is used.
CV/Resume by Email/Resume Alerts - Automatically sends CV or resume notifications when jobseekers desired CV or resumes is posted. Employers can subscribe/unsubscribe and add/delete categories of alerts they wish to receive.
Job Seeker Anonymity - Hide jobseeker's personal info (address, email, telephone) in the CV or resume. Employer will need to request jobseeker to view details via job portal messaging. Jobseeker will receive request via email. The jobseeker can either accept or deny Employer request.
Newsletter - Send periodic newsletter to all Jobseekers/Employers. Newsletters can be sent to non-subscribers.
Automated payment processing - This module may include a PayPal or merchant account payment gateway where employers and jobseekers may pay for services pay via PayPal or another merchant account using credit cards.
Job Expire Alert - Send email alert to employers before a posted job(s) expires. Posted jobs expire within 30 days of submission.
Job Broadcasting Service Ready - Receive jobs from job broadcasting service providers
